Below is a simple script that you can use to Go Into Trance.

The five steps to Change.

What Do You Want To Change?

1. Be Specific in what you ask for.

To overcome Fear of Flying, Spiders, Snakes, Bugs…

Pain Management

Sleep- Insomnia or just more

Weight Loss

Stop Smoking

Increase brain power

Healing- cuts- pain -burns

Colds, Arthritis, Cancer, Chemo side affects

Surgery and speed up recovery

Money issues

Confidence

Relieve Stress

Increase Sales ability

Better Work Habits

Motivation

Wake up on time without an alarm clock

Or a Gazillion other things!!!

2. Visualize what you want, See it, Hear it, Feel it, as already completed. See yourself Healthy, Normal, and Confident!

3. Believe and Trust that it will happen!

4. Tell Your Unconscious Mind exactly what it is that you want. Use a positive format. Also tell your Unconscious how long you want to stay in trance perhaps 20 minutes or anytime length that you want. You can also wait until you’re in trance and ready to come out, then just say at the count of three I’ll be wide awake 1, 2, 3. Or just sleep through the night and tell it to wake you up at the appropriate time.

5. Use the “Betty Erickson Special” to go into Trance or if you’ve practiced enough you can just count down from 5-1 and GO INTO A DEEP DEEP DEEP TRANCE!

The “Betty Erickson Special”

1. With your eyes open find and looking up towards you forehead, just where you see that vee spot when you look up, locate a spot on the ceiling.

2. As you focus on that spot, continue to focus until your eyes are too heavy to stay opened (at that point you’ll GO INTO TRANCE).

3. Take in Three Deep Breaths and Exhale.

4. As you continue to breath you’ll only talk on the exhale, as you exhale you’ll say out loud five things that you SEE on the ceiling (one per exhale) and after you’ve said the five, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE”.

5. Then you continue with five things that you HEAR (one per exhale) and after you’ve said the five, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE”.

6. Then continue with five things that you FEEL (one per exhale) and after you’ve said the five, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE”.

7. You’ll then continue on now looking at he ceiling and seeing four things, and after you’ve said them, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE” (2 times)

8. You’ll then continue on four things that you HEAR, and after you’ve said them, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE” (2 times)

9. You’ll then continue on four things that you FEEL, and after you’ve said them, say “AS I GO DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO TRANCE” (2 times)

10. Continue with the countdown as per the example below

See - Hear - Feel - 5X each as in the above sequence

then 1x Say “As I go DEEPER AND DEEPER …”as per the above sequence

then use the following sequence;

5 x I SEE … 1 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

5 x I HEAR… 1 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

5 x I FEEL … 1 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

Then

4 x I SEE … 2 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

4 x I HEAR … 2 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

4 x I FEEL … 2 x as I go Deeper and Deeper and Deeper into Trance.

Keep doing this count down until you’ve gone to ONE then allow yourself to go into trance.

3 x I SEE… 3 x as I…

3 x I HEAR… 3 x as I…

3 x I FEEL… 3 x as I…

Then

2 x I SEE… 4 x as I…

2 x I HEAR… 4 x as I…

2 x I FEEL… 4 x as I…

Then

1 x I SEE… 5 x as I…

1 x I HEAR… 5 x as I…

1 x I FEEL… 5 x as I…

11. You continue this process until you GO DEEP INTO TRANCE or start over until YOU GO DEEP INTO TRANCE!
